Location Description
Location location, we are the only hostel located right in the centre of town, our frontage actually overlooks the Cathedral.
GETTING TO BASE CHRISTCHURCH
City Flyer Bus
This departs from outside the International Arrivals Terminal. Operation times are 6:35 to 23:35 Monday to Friday, and 8:05 - 23:05 Saturday and Sunday. It arrives in Cathedral Square approx 150m from the hostel. The cost is NZD $7 per person
Shuttle Bus
They are parked at the front of the arrivals terminal.
The cost is from NZD $18 per person and will drop you at the door.
Taxi
Also parked at the front of the arrivals terminal. The cost ranges between NZD $35 and $45.
CAR HIRE
Major car and campervan rental companies have offices have offices in Christchurch. Good deals can be found if you are heading to Auckland as most people travel in the other direction.
ROADS
Christchurch can be tricky for drivers and it has a vast network of one way streets that can cause confusion. So if you choose to drive make sure you have a good map handy.
